Shipping and Returns Policy

Upon placement of your order, you will be sent an order confirmation to your email address. This also confirms that we have received your order. If you have not received an order confirmation, please verify that you have completed the payment process.

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an automated email that includes the tracking information.

SHIPPING

Promotional offer : Flat $1 shipping for all Australia wide orders. We will always attempt to ship a completed order within an estimated 48 hours, please allow up to 3-5 business days during sale events.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

All shipments may encounter delays due to high volume or bad weather that extends beyond the expected delivery time frame provided by the carrier. While these delays are uncommon, they are a reality of shipping logistics.

 

CANCELLATIONS

You may email our customer care team at hello@melbournenaturals.com with the word ‘CANCEL’ in the Subject within 30 mins of placing your order during business hours to request a cancellation. We cannot guarantee that we'll be able to cancel your order once it's been placed, but we'll do our best!

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges cannot be made for products that have been opened or used. If you are exchanging a product due to our error, such as an incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost. To arrange this, please contact us at hello@melbournenaturals.com with your date of product delivery, order number, and product. If you would like to exchange an unused product for a different item, please contact our customer service for authorisation and return the original product for a full refund (minus shipping cost) once approval is granted. We do not cover shipping costs for voluntary exchanges. You do not need to wait for approval before placing any new orders. Please note returns and exchanges may require up to 10 working days to process.

 

PROMOTIONS

While we enjoy customer participation, we can only accept one promotion code per order. Promotions are conditional upon quantity and specified time frame. If you have difficulty in processing any promotions, please contact us. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for the latest promotions. 

 

RETURNS

RETURNS POLICY

For all full priced items, you may return Products to us for exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt of the products, provided that the products are unopened and unused.

To return an item, please email hello@melbournenaturals.com with your order number and item/s you wish to return and you will be provided with an RA number and return shipping address for your order.

Once we have received the returned Products, we will notify you via email of your entitlement. If you are eligible for a refund, this will be processed within 7 business days.

All merchandise that is correctly returned in accordance with the details contained within this page will be credited to the purchaser’s Paypal account or credit card.

The shipping costs incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded except when a product is faulty or delivered as a result of our error. 

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless in the event an incorrect item was received.
